The 9th International IFIP Summer School on Privacy and Identity Management for the Future Internet in the Age of Globalisation will take place on 7-12 September, 2014 in Patras, Greece.
This is always a fantastic opportunity to spend a working week with well-known and high-level researchers and theorists, and also – as someone new to the field – to get great feedback on your work and maybe to have the possibility of contributing to a book publication.
The IFIP Summer School 2014 is interactive in character, and is composed of keynote lectures and workshops with master/PhD student presentations. While the website indicates 10 June 2014 as the abstract submission date, according to the organizers there is surely still time available for student sociologists, social scientists, anthropologists and ethicists to submit!
